National Relaxation Day

In such a fast-paced society, everyone needs a break sometimes. That’s why we’re glad today is National Relaxation Day.
Though stress is normal, too much of this feeling can be harmful to your physical and mental health. On this day, take some time to sit back and relax. There are many ways you can do this—read a book, get a massage, watch a movie, or take a nap.
No matter what you choose to do, just remember to take it easy, even if only for a few minutes. Enjoy National Relaxation Day!
Today is also Assumption Day & Lemon Meringue Pie Day
August is National Peach Month & National Goat Cheese Month & National Water Quality Month
This week is Elvis Week

 Quote of the Day:

Reflections on Life
"Once you accept your own death all of a sudden you’re free to live. You no longer care about your reputation. You no longer care except so far as your life can be used tactically -- to promote a cause you believe in."

--Saul Alinsky
